Return Policy
If you wish to return items that are damaged:
- If the goods you received upon delivery were damaged, you must register this on the delivery note. You must additionally notify us within the first 24 hours of receiving your product via a phone call. After this, you must follow up with an email and photographic evidence of the damage to your order.
- Once we have received the email and photographic evidence, contact us again to arrange discounts, collections or resupplies.
- If you wish to return the damaged items, they must be rewrapped to prevent any further damage from occurring.
If the items you have ordered are unwanted:
- Within the first three days of receiving your order, you must tell us that you wish to return your items.
- You must return the items in their original packaging.
- You must ensure that the items are returned without any damage occurring.
- You must return the full roll length as it was initially delivered.
- You will be responsible for any return costs, including postage, packaging and delivery costs.
- Once we have received the unwanted items, a refund minus a restocking fee of 25% plus VAT will be sent to you within 30 days.
